It was a mesmerizing experience when I first set foot in Santiago Bay Garden and Resort. Truthfully, it is one of the best resorts I have been and I guess some of you would agree with me. It’s located on the top of the hill overlooking the horizon. It’s like a piece of paradise on earth especially when you are in the infinitely pool relaxing, savoring the feeling of the world’s limitless beauty. Room rates? Reasonable.

Santiago Bay is located in the Southwest of Pacijan Island, one of the islets that composed Camotes. From where the resort is situated, it gives a perfect untainted view of the ocean.

Swimming Pool

The pristine waters of Santiago Bay remains shallow even during high tide, so the swimming pools in the resort is the best option to enjoy a great swim. I should say that the pools are the best asset of the resort making it one of the top resorts in Camotes Island. The 2 infinity pools are accessible anytime free of charge. Both pools have the best view of Santiago Bay.

Garden 

The area around the resort has a beautiful garden. Flowering plants and non flowering plants like Bougainvillea, Santan, San Franciso, and few coconut tress makes the resort more comfortable because of its bracing surroundings. Of course, no picking of flowers. Prepare your  blogger poses, the resorts garden has plenty good Instagramable background.

Restaurant

The restaurant has a so-so menu (in my opinion) maybe because 5 minutes walk from the resort is probably the best seafood restaurant in Camotes Island “Pito’s Sutukil”. Most of the resort guests would go to the restaurant for  a meal. But of course, the restaurant is open to accommodate starving guests with regular meals. Short orders, snacks, meals, hard liquor and refreshments are available.
